The American Association of Fish Veterinarians (AAFV) is holding their annual conference on:
October 6-9, 2023
- Friday, October 6: Necropsy Wet Lab, behind the Scenes Tour, Fish Exam Wet Lab
- Saturday, October 7: Lecture Day (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Sunday, October 8: Lecture Day (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Monday, October 9: Imaging Lab, Trip to Caverns and Zoo

Additional Activities
Behind the Scenes Tours - Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium
FREE but you must sign up for a specific session during registration.
1 hour tour of Behind the Scence of the Bass Pro's Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium. See the Veterinary Clinic, the water quality/LSS areas and the Quarantine department.

Water Quality Shadow Experience
Shadow the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium staff as they collect and run water quality on the aquarium animals' environments. 7 am- 8 am Central Time. Limit: 3 people.
FREE but you must sign up for a specific spot during registration.

Post Conference Trip (Zoo & Caverns)- Monday, Oct. 9th
Includes bus trip, ticket to Fantastic Caverns and Dickerson Park Zoo. We will stop for lunch, but it will be on your own cost.
- Adult (13+): $55
- Kids (6-12): $37
- Kids (3-5): $30
- Infants (0-2): No charge if on lap. $25 if seat is needed.
- Limit 55 seats
Refunds
No refunds. You can move from In Person to virtual any time. You can move from Virtrual to In Person with notice by Sept 15th. You must pay the difference with any change or receive credit in form of extension on membership.

AAVSB CE
AAVSB RACE asks you to provide your primary state of veterinary practice and your license number if you want your CE to go directly to your state agency. You will be asked for both of these items during the checkout process. You still have the option of asking for a CE certificate.
